What you will learn

Isn’t product development the first step for a startup?

You might think so, but in this lecture, we’ll explore why engaging in sales activities as early as possible can be a game-changer. Through real-world examples, we’ll explore the benefits of testing the market, securing early traction, and refining your offering based on real customer insights.

The lecture is designed for startups but is also highly valuable for researchers and entrepreneurs who are considering turning their innovations into businesses. Even if you haven’t started a company yet, early sales efforts can help you validate demand and fine-tune your product before you invest heavily in development.
