Two tracks within Operations & Supply Chain

This spring we offer two learning tracks within Operations & Supply Chain, designed for companies preparing for growth. Depending on where you are in your journey, you can choose between an Introductory track for early-stage companies or an Advanced track for companies that have already started production.

Both tracks mix theory, practical exercises, and real company examples, giving you clarity, structure, and confidence in your operational and tactical decisions. The programs are led by Kjell Rundqvist, who brings long experience from helping companies navigate early production challenges, build operational maturity, and make well-grounded strategic and tactical decisions.
